Parfait, coffee, sake, Sato

A parfait is a staple of Sapporo nights after a night of drinking or dinner. Parfait, Coffee, Sake, Sato, as the name suggests, is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy parfait, coffee, drinks, and snacks. The modern Japanese-style store is very stylish, with counter seats that are easy to enter by yourself and small tables where you can relax.
The parfaits are made with homemade soft-serve ice cream using Hokkaido milk and seasonal ingredients, and are sure to be aesthetically pleasing on Instagram! We recommend having it with a cup of nerd drip coffee. A wide variety of alcoholic beverages, snacks and light meals are also available, making it a perfect second stop for customers.
Local Staff Recommendation: Finish the day with a parfait! Even the soft-serve ice cream is handmade!
